Bosselman Family Foundation: Scholarships, Grants & Community Impact

Guided by a long-standing commitment to service, education and community well-being, the Bosselman Family Foundation invests in programs that create meaningful, lasting impact.

Based in Nebraska and rooted in communities such as Grand Island, the Bosselman Family Foundation strengthens individuals, families and communities through scholarships, grants, disaster relief, nonprofit partnerships and charitable giving.

Our focus is simple: invest in people, support communities and build a stronger future together.

Chuck Bosselman Memorial Scholarship

Established in 2012, the Chuck Bosselman Memorial Scholarship is a scholarship program honoring Chuck Bosselman’s legacy by supporting students who demonstrate strong character, leadership, citizenship and a commitment to making a positive contribution to society. The program reflects a core belief that education is one of the most meaningful investments in an individual’s future.

Who May Apply

  • Bosselman Enterprises team members
  • Legal dependents of Bosselman Enterprises team members

Eligible applicants may be pursuing:

  • A 2-year or 4-year college or university degree
  • Trade education, certifications, or approved training programs

Award Amounts

  • Up to $1,500 per semester for 2-year programs
  • Up to $2,000 per semester for 4-year programs

Traditional degree scholarships may be renewable for up to four years, provided eligibility requirements are maintained. Non-traditional education requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not renewable. Scholarship payments are made directly to the educational institution when applicable.

Team Member Grant

The Team Member Grant provides confidential financial assistance to Bosselman Enterprises team members and their dependents who are experiencing unexpected emergencies or crisis situations. This program exists to support individuals during difficult times and is awarded at the discretion of the Bosselman Family Foundation. Team Members can find this application on their UKG homepage. 

Natural Disaster Grant

Supporting communities impacted by natural disasters or widespread emergency events, including pandemics particularly in areas where Bosselman Enterprises operates. Grants are awarded based on demonstrated need and available funding.

This program is designed with flexibility to respond quickly and thoughtfully as situations arise.

In-Kind Donations & Marketing Sponsorships

In-Kind Donations

In-kind donations support nonprofit organizations, schools, community groups and individuals in need while fostering meaningful connections within the communities we serve.

Guidelines

  • Donations must serve charitable or community-focused purposes
  • Priority is given to organizations operating in communities where Bosselman Enterprises has locations
  • Maximum cash equivalent value: $750
  • Political parties, religious missionary organizations and direct competitors of Bosselman Enterprises are not eligible

Marketing Sponsorships

Marketing Sponsorships positively represent Bosselman Enterprises through charitable events, partnerships and community initiatives. Sponsorships may be one-time or multi-year commitments and are provided as cash or check contributions.

  • Must align with the values of Bosselman Enterprises
  • Must reflect a positive community presence
  • Political parties, religious missionary organizations and direct competitors are not eligible

Corporate Nonprofit Grant

The Corporate Nonprofit Grant is the Bosselman Family Foundation’s most significant annual partnership opportunity. This program is designed to create a lasting, measurable impact through a one-year partnership with a nonprofit organization.

Eligibility & Focus

Up to $100,000 awarded annually:

  • Open to nonprofit organizations serving communities where Bosselman Enterprises operates
  • Applicants do not need an existing relationship with Bosselman Enterprises
  • Political parties, religious missionary organizations and direct competitors are not eligible

Opens: January 1, 2026
Closes: January 31, 2026

Selected applicants are expected to submit a complete application, provide financial documentation and participate in a presentation process as part of final selection.
