The Bosselman Companies are pleased to offer you this excellent program of employee benefits. The Bosselman Companies pay a large portion of the cost of your benefits; you are responsible for the remaining cost if you elect coverage.

VACATION Regular full-time employees will receive: - One (1) week paid vacation after one year of employment - Two (2) weeks paid vacation after two years of employment - Three (3) weeks paid vacation after fifteen years of employment
401K New employees age 18 and older are eligible for our 401k Plan the first day of the month following hire. Employer match is $.50 on the dollar, with match percentage at 6%. Vesting is as follows: 1 year - 20%; 2 years - 40%; 3 years - 60%; 4 years - 80%, 5+ years - 100%.
